A. It is not necessary to create an account in order to place an order. You can always check out as guest. However, creating an account with us will definitely be an easier way for you to track your order, check back on your order history and easy check out in future!
A. Delivery usually takes about 3 to 5 working days.
A. We will try out best to process your order within 2 working days of receiving it.

A. Yes we do. When you place your order, please select the delivery option of “Self-Collection” and wait for our update that the order is ready for collection before heading down. You Whatsapp us to check & ensure your order is ready. We are located at 34 Kallang Place, Singapore 339162 and our operations hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), 8.30am to 1pm (Saturday) and we are closed on Sunday & public holiday.

A. For orders below SGD $80.00 within mainland Singapore., there is a delivery charge between $3.50 to $12.50* depending on the package weight & dimension which will be known at the Check Out page. We provide free delivery within mainland Singapore for orders $80.00 and above (excludes Sentosa and places that requires permit to enter.) For international order delivery, please Whatsapp us to clarify on the shipping fee before placing an order. 5
A. Yes the prices listed are nett and inclusive of GST.

A. We accept credit card payments, GrabPay, GoolePay, ApplePay and most credit cards on our website.
A. Yes you do and registration is required to be done within 7 days of purchase.

A. We are sorry but once the seal is opened and item is used or is different from its originally delivered state, no return/refund/exchange is allowed.

Please also note that for refunds of any reason, we will not be able to refund to you the transaction fees that were charged by HitPay. Transaction fees are listed accordingly on HitPay website. https://www.hitpayapp.com/pricing
A. Exchange/refund will not be allowed if the damage is due to user’s fault/mishandling (it will be up to Hammer & Wrench’s discretion to decide if the situation requires an exchange/refund.)
