Payment can be done via Paypal or credit card facilities available on the website. Once payment is completed, an order confirmation and an invoice in PDF file will be sent to your email.

Return & Refund is only allowed for defected/faulty products or wrong items delivered that meets these terms & conditions.

If exchange or return/refund is approved, please bring the item down to our shop at 34 Kallang Place, Singapore 339162 during our operating hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) and 8.30am to 12.30PM (Sat). Refund will be done to your credit card after return of the item. If a 1-to-1 exchange is approved due to product defect, we will arrange the exchange delivery as soon as we can.
- Delivery will be made within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
- Free delivery for order amount more than $80.00 per order. Otherwise there is a delivery charge between S$3.50 to S$12.00* depending on packaging weight & dimension which will be know at the Check Out page. *delivery within main island of Singapore only. Delivery to Sentosa or places that requires permit to enter, please Whatsapp us before placing an order.
- Delivery options on our website are only for deliveries within Singapore. For purchase to ship internationally, please Whatsapp to liase with us before placing an order so that we schedule a separate arrangement.
- Delivery fee will be waived off for Self-Collection option which can be chosen upon check out.
- For urgent same day collection request or urgent delivery requirements, please Whatsapp to liaise with us and we will work something out for you.
- Any failed delivery due to wrong address or no one receiving the parcel, buyer will be informed of option to self-collect the item from our warehouse or arrange with us for a re-delivery with an additional fee of SGD $15.00.
- In situation where there is no one to receive the parcel upon delivery, customer’s request to leave parcels in the riser or outside your door can be done however, Hammer & Wrench will not be responsible for any stolen or lost parcels.
- Delivery into customer’s premises shall be at the sole request of respective customers; Hammer & Wrench will not be responsible for any damage in customer’s premises.
- Delivery of bulky item to places without lift will be delivered to ground level only.
Parcels delivered by Ninja Van/JNT will be done from Monday to Saturday 9am to 10pm (close on sun & ph). Small parcels will be delivered via Singpost to your letterbox within 3-5 working days. Large items will be delivered via our delivery partner during office hours of 9am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays (close on sun & ph).
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this website Hammer & Wrench at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content. We will make our best efforts to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order and you have already made payment, the paid amount will be fully refunded to you. We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this website or for refusing to process or accept an order.
We currently do not provide any installation services at your premises. However, products such as Fans will be set up before delivery.
